Eligibility Criteria

To ensure fairness and transparency, applicants must meet the following criteria:

2. Eligible Pet Care: Vaccinations, Emergency care, Illness or injury treatment

1. Financial Need: Applicant must demonstrate inability to pay for the vet care. This can include low income, unexpected emergencies, or financial hardship.

3. Pet Ownership: Applicant must be the legal owner or primary caregiver of the pet

4. Applicants Must submit:

• Pet’s name, species, and age

• Description of the medical need

• Estimated vet bill or invoice

• Proof of financial hardship (e.g., income statement, unemployment letter)

5. Applicants must reside in Massachusetts.

Applicant details are kept private, and only general impact stories may be shared publicly. We prioritize helping pets whose owners truly need financial support. Every application is reviewed with care, and your privacy is our priority.”

Funding is subject to availability. Luna’s Impact may provide partial or full coverage, depending on the size of the fund and the number of applicants. Funds are paid directly to the veterinary clinic

Luna’s Impact is an initiative dedicated to helping pet owners who cannot afford veterinary care. Each week, 10% of all earnings from our business are set aside to help cover vet bills for pets in need. Through this effort, we aim to support families facing difficult situations and ensure that more animals receive the care they deserve. By supporting our business, you’re also helping make a real difference in the lives of pets and the people who love them.
